In this role, you will support the sales and marketing team in managing many of our specialty food brands marketing materials and communications. You will collaborate with the product management group and sales department to ensure that our products are marketed and presented professionally to our customers and consumers. This role requires the highest level of communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time. We are offering you a chance to work with some of the finest imported specialty products in the world in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Essential Functions:

  • Effectively coordinate the creation of marketing materials including advertising, press releases, web and digital content, social media, sales brochures, sell sheets, materials for trade show exhibits and promotional materials
  • Private Label Project Management
    • Manage private label project timelines, route label artwork for approval process
    • Work with Quality Department to build and retrieve final product specification and other customer quality documentation
    • Communicate with sales managers and BDM’s on project requirements from design to print
  • Help manage timelines for retail projects internally with Marketing Department and BDMs
  • Proof retail marketing materials development
  • Manage inventory of all promotional program materials
  • Manage the supply and distribution of support materials for Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano
  • Support logistics and preparation of customer promotional presentations (e.g. Kroger Taste of…, Wakefern)
  • Lead the fulfillment of customer promotional kits (Adopt an Alp, Don Juan, Regg It Up)
  • Assist with national trade show preparations, inventory and merchandising
  • Support tracking “You Tech” reports for digital coupons
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet strict completion deadlines
  • Work closely with the stakeholders in the product management and sales groups to provide the timely execution and communication of marketing projects

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Passion for food, culinary and/or specialty food experience required
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite 6
