Summary/Objective:

This position is primarily responsible for application support on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and local ancillary systems with interfaces included. Its main goal is to support business operations running smoothly and effectively. This position is responsible to manage CRM and related tickets and change requests with prioritization, tracking, and escalation. The position delivers these objectives by collaborating with internal, external, local and global resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for CRM solutions. Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system design.
  • Solution Design and Configuration: Work closely with technical teams to design CRM solutions, including customization, workflows, and integrations. Configure and customize CRM system to align with business processes.
  • Data Management and Migration: Oversee data cleansing, transformation, and migration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM system users.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, user guides, and system configurations. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights on CRM performance and effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with CRM industry trends and best practices to recommend system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of CRM experience and business process.
  • CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Admin and Business Analyst.
  • Proficient in CRM Salesforce platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • ERP experience in O2C (Order to Cash) is a plus.
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
  • Build Quality into all aspects of work.

Internal and External Contacts/Relationships
  • Internal: Develop and maintain positive professional relationships team members (including contractors), colleagues including office and field personnel, executive team, customers and vendors.
  • External: Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with contractors, vendors, 3rd party providers, customers via sales contacts
  • Treat all interactions with a “Customer Service” focus, striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
  • The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to perform computer responsibilities.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
  • The employee must have use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; speak and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to travel by car or public transportation as needed.
